March at The Franklin Gallery
Kris Weyrick-Scott is a Fiber Artist from Nottingham, NH. Using wet and needle felting techniques, she turns wool into “paintings” and sculptures – recreating the beauty of nature and bringing it into homes and businesses. She has exhibited in galleries throughout New England and has work on permanent display at the Madison Museum of Fine Arts in Madison, Georgia. She shares her passion for working with wool by teaching at the Fiber College of Maine in Searsport, Maine, The Gathering Place Studio and Shop in Somersworth, NH, and various wool related shops and gatherings.
